Discover how to naturally lift and firm the face with our Face Yoga also known as Face Fitness, is a highly effective workout. Face Yoga can help reduce stress, diminish lines and wrinkles, increase facial tone, and improve blood flow to the face that helps minimize signs of aging if practiced regularly. 
Our Face Yoga classes uses facial exercises to strengthen specific muscle groups to keep the top layer of skin plump and firm, as well as facial massage to relax muscles to prevent further lines and wrinkles. 

Our Face Yoga classes incorporate mindfulness and relaxation techniques to help you achieve a healthy, glowing complexion from the inside out. Join our face-to-face classes for a more energised and radiant appearance, as well as a more relaxed state of mind.

In this 1 hour group class we will cover:
  • Facial Exercise:  Upper & Lower face workout techniques to help firm, lift, and smooth the skin.
  • Facial Massage:  Gentle massage to help with circulation, toxin removal, muscle relaxation, lymphatic drainage.
  • Facial Acupressure:  Improve circulation, lymphatic drainage, and energy in the face.
  • Facial Relaxation:  Learn to relax the facial muscles that reduce and prevent lines from forming and deepening.
  • Wellbeing:  Wellbeing and breathing techniques that will benefit the whole body mind system, brighten skin, reduce fine lines and improve overall wellbeing. 

What do I need to bring
1. A yoga mat or bath towel. 
2. A bottle of water.
3. In the colder months, a light blanket or jumper for the relaxation.
4. Grab a friend and book today for our next session

Please note: it is preferable to come to class with an empty tummy. So leave an hour after a light meal and 2-3 hours after a full meal before attending classes.
