SHIPPING COSTS

 

AUSTRALIAN PRODUCT ORDERS:

Standard shipping is free for orders over $200 and express shipping is $15 on all orders 

Standard shipping: $10.00  

Express shipping: $15.00 

 

Can I track my order?

Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with all of the details, including a tracking number. We can't wait either!

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive? (Due to the recent COVID restrictions there may be some shipping delays)

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS:

Australian Cities (Metropolitan areas)

Standard: 3-10 business days.

Express: 3-8 business days

All other regions

Standard: 4-12 business days 

Express: 3-8 business days

 

Can I change my shipping address?

After you place your order with us, you have 30 minutes to make a final decision on where you want your parcel to be delivered. Unfortunately any later than that, your parcel is most likely packed and ready to leave our warehouse. Just update your order or send us an email. Please note: We will do our best but cant guarantee the changes. 

Can I cancel my order

Of course! Although we might be slightly offended, but you will have 30 minutes before we pack and ship your order to decide you suddenly don’t want us anymore. After that...sorry it'll be on its way and excited to meet you!
